Order Status

An item is missing from my shipment.
Click the “My Account / Order Status” link at the top-right of the site to track your order. If tracking shows “delivered” but the item is missing, contact customer service.
Use the “My Account / Order Status” link to check your order’s shipping status.
Go to “My Account / Order Status,” then click “Change quantities / cancel orders.” Note: once an order begins processing or ships, it can no longer be edited.
Click “My Account / Order Status” to track your shipment.
Track your order as above; if status shows “delivered” but you didn’t receive it, contact customer service.
Check your shipment status via “My Account / Order Status.” If tracking shows delivered but parts are missing, reach out to customer service.
Backordered items ship as soon as suppliers restock them.

How do I create an account?
Click “My Account / Order Status”
Enter your email
Select “I am a new customer” and follow the prompts (They assure that personal information remains private—see their Privacy Policy.)
Use the “My Account / Order Status” link to update account details.
Generally, returns incur a 20% restocking fee plus card and shipping charges. If the item has workmanship issues, you may receive a full refund excluding service fees. Customer service will assist. Cover My Tractor commits to correcting any issues.
Shipping cost is calculated before payment during checkout—just add items to your cart.
On the login page under “My Account / Order Status,” click “Forgot your password?” to receive a reset email.
Contact customer service within 72 hours of receipt for assistance.
Standard returns have a 20% restocking fee plus service charges. Workmanship-related issues may be fully refunded except service fees, assessed case-by-case.
Each item page shows availability. After ordering, you can track via “My Account / Order Status.” A shipment confirmation and tracking info are sent within 24–48 hours of shipping.

International Shipping

Do you ship to my country?
At signup, choose your country. If it’s not in the dropdown, they can’t ship to you at this time.
You can select from available payment methods during checkout. Orders ship only after payment is received.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout. Orders ship once payment is confirmed.

Pricing and Billing

Do I get a full refund if I return an item?
Generally a 20% restocking fee plus service fees; full refunds (excluding service fees) are possible if there’s a workmanship issue—handled case-by-case.
Sales tax applies only if you’re in the same state as their warehouse.
Refunds are assessed case-by-case (since orders are custom-made).
Review your order history via “My Account / Order Status.” For further questions, contact customer service.
You can print invoices from your “My Account / Order Status” page.
Credits usually take 7–10 business days after they receive the returned item(s).
The card is charged at the time of purchase.
