Terms are NET 30 days from the date of invoice. Payment must be received by our office on or before the 30th day to avoid late charges. Late payments incur a 2% service charge per month.
Checks received within 10 days of the invoice date receive a 2% discount. Discount does not apply to credit card orders.
Standard dealer discount is 20% off MSRP. No discount applies to clearance items or covers.
Dealers with past due invoices must pre-pay outstanding balances and prepay new orders until reinstated to NET terms. New accounts require a credit application.
Orders of 10 or more tractor sunshade canopies qualify as volume. Contact a representative for volume pricing.
Cabs, Covers, and Canopies ship FOB Jacksonville, Florida. Accessories ship from various locations. Dealers are responsible for freight and inspection upon delivery.
$50.00 minimum order required.
Authorization is required prior to warranty work. RMA will be issued before returns. Unauthorized replacements or repairs will not be credited.
Authorization required before returning any products. A 20% restocking fee applies to incorrect orders or buyer's remorse. Return items in original packaging, like new. Return freight prepaid by sender.
Issues with material, craftsmanship, or fit will be resolved or credited. Contact us before making any modifications.
Inspect LTL shipments on delivery and refuse if damaged. For UPS/FEDEX shipments, notify us within 1 week for any damage or missing parts.
Provide year, make, and model of the tractor and required dimensions. Ensure the tractor has no modifications that may affect fit.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal. Provide billing address, card number, expiration date, CVV2, and cardholder name at the time of order.
